This menu lists all the bakery items that are available from our bakery.Every day we bake our five core breads. For all of our other bakery items, some are
offered daily, and some we rotate in. Everything listed in our menus can be ordered in advance with a one-dozen minimum per type.

Breakfast Pastries

Sticky Buns: Our critically acclaimed sticky buns are based on all-butter croissant dough and just the right amount of cinnamon sugar!

Croissants: Hand made in our kitchens, our croissants are made with 100% Wisconsin butter and lots of love. Plain, chocolate, or marzipan-filled.

Danish: Similar to a croissant dough in nature, but a little sweeter, a good Danish (i.e. ours!!) is flaky and delicate. Every day we make cream cheese, berry cream cheese, and cinnamon apple Danish, and on the weekends we may introduce fun varieties such as chocolate banana, or brie with pear.

Hand-Crafted Bread

Our Daily Breads: Where would we be without bread? Our culture, and many cultures around the world, are defined, in part, by their characteristic breads. We offer the following breads daily, as Manna’s core repertoire.

Baguette: This most basic of loaves contains bread’s
building blocks of flour, water, yeast, and salt. The final
product is all technique.

Multi-grain Boule: Our recipe for multi-grain bread is a
wonderful balance of ingredients that is full tasting, moist,
and satisfying, but not dry or “grainy”

Rye Oval: This full-flavored bread is influenced
by classic Eastern-European loaves. It has a touch of tartmess and a moist, dense crumb.

Bialys: (What?) The humble bialy is, for us, a symbol of the importance of bread in helping define of a culture. This icon of the lost community of Bialystock, Poland symbolizes handmade excellence, authenticity, and the carrying-on of family and cultural traditions, three values that are slowly fading from our own culture. It is our "Manna."

Daily Cookies and Bars

Cookie Jar Cookies:
Fudge chocolate chip, plain chocolate chip, peanut butter
ripple, oatmeal cranberry walnut, and sugar cookies are offered daily. You may sometimes see lemon softies or our wonderful ginger cookies.

Pastry Trays To Go

You may order assortments of our breakfast pastries in advance, for pickup at the café. Please order at least 24 hours ahead for muffins and scones, and at least 48 hours ahead for dessert trays (1 week for specialty items). Some orders may require more time. Specific items may not be available on short notice.

Breakfast Pastries
Having a morning meeting? Need some treats for playgroup? We assemble beautiful trays of our assorted breakfast pastries. Since our pastries are so large, we cut them in half, giving your guests more choices, and the chance to try more than one item. Order as many as you like, and we will size the tray(s) accordingly. Trays are priced based on specific items ordered.

Dessert Pastry Trays
Birthdays, parties, office gatherings, thank yous, your welcomes, whatever…Beautiful trays of yummy desserts and fancy pastries are always a hit. Bars and cookies for our pastry trays are finger-size (two to three bites each) so people can sample several.
