Barb also shares the adventures she and Mike experienced through the challenges of starting up and running their two businesses.  Both shared a passion and a dream, though neither had yet worked professionally in the industry.  With an instinctive belief in themselves, they learned the ropes through hands-on experience, and the result was two businesses that very much reflected their personalities and philosophies.  The book brings together their history, stories, and recipes.
